Velox Network is not connected to any game publisher and has no access to anybody's game account. Requests to recover an account, reverse a purchase, appeal a ban, restore an item or resolve a technical fault in a game have to go to the publisher of that game — it holds the records and the ability to act, and this site holds neither.
For problems with a purchase that the publisher will not resolve, the consumer rights entry sets out the Australian routes, including your state or territory consumer protection agency and the ACCC. Suspected scams can be reported to Scamwatch, and a compromised account or device to the Australian Cyber Security Centre.
What happens to your email
An email you send is stored in the publisher's mailbox with whatever you put in it, used to answer you, and deleted after twenty-four months unless it forms part of a continuing matter. It is not added to any list, because no list exists. The privacy policy describes this in full.
