Velox Network Terms
Terms of Use
Effective date: 17 September 2026
These terms govern your use of veloxnetwork.online. They are short, because the site is a set of pages you read and nothing more: there is no account to open, no service to subscribe to and nothing to buy here.
Who you are dealing with
The site is operated by Deridesata s.r.o., Kyjevská 2857, 272 04 Kladno, Czech Republic, company number 10811176, VAT number CZ10811176, contactable at info@veloxnetwork.online.
The site is informational
Everything here is general information about desktop online games and the Australian consumer, privacy and classification framework around them. It is not legal advice, financial advice, technical support or security advice for your particular circumstances, and it is not a substitute for reading the material published by the bodies and vendors it points to. Decisions about your own money, your own computer and your own household remain yours.
Accuracy and change
Pages are written carefully and reviewed on a schedule, and the review date appears at the foot of each one. Even so, product details, prices, system requirements, classifications and the contents of government guidance all change, sometimes without notice. Where a page describes a product, the vendor's own current pages prevail; where it describes law or regulation, the regulator's own current material prevails. Check both before you act on anything read here.
Links to other sites
This site links to vendors, publishers and Australian government bodies. Those sites are operated by other people, and their content, availability, terms and privacy practices are outside the publisher's control and responsibility. A link is a pointer, not a warranty and not an endorsement, and following one takes you outside these terms and under whatever terms apply there.
Some links are paid, which is described on the affiliate disclosure page and marked next to the links themselves.
Content and trademarks
The text, layout, code and graphics of this site belong to Deridesata s.r.o. You are welcome to read, print and quote from it with attribution and a link. Republishing pages wholesale is not permitted without written permission.
World of Tanks and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners, and are used here only to identify and describe those products. Velox Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. A rights holder with a concern about how a name is used here should write to the address above; concerns are dealt with promptly.
Acceptable use
Read the site, link to it, quote it. Do not attempt to interfere with the server, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers, or use it to distribute anything unlawful. There is nothing here to break into, but the request stands anyway.
Liability, and what cannot be excluded
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law confers and does not allow to be excluded. Where that law applies to you, those rights sit above anything written here, and any part of these terms that would conflict with them does not apply to that extent.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law permits, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from a linked third-party site, or from the site being unavailable. The remedy for any liability that cannot be excluded is limited, where the law permits limitation, to supplying the information again.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established. If you are a consumer reading this in Australia, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory Australian consumer law provisions that would otherwise apply to you, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own place of residence where the law allows.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means the current version applies to that use.
