World of Tanks is described as an online multiplayer tank action game in which players take part in team battles against other players from around the world. The programme materials state that the game has more than 160 million players worldwide — a figure supplied by the publisher, which this site has not checked and cannot confirm. The same materials describe graphics produced with the publisher's Core engine, destructible objects within the environment, thirty maps remade in high definition, and a new soundtrack.

That is the whole of what the programme materials say about the product. Where you see a claim about this game elsewhere that is not in the list above, it did not come from here.

The programme lists desktop computers only: Windows, macOS and Linux. There is no mobile or tablet entry in the device list, so a phone or tablet is not an alternative route in.
